Established in 1996 among a group of friends, we began the first season with ten teams.
During that first season we played for nothing (except for pride). We drafted players by email
since the GMs/Team Owners were scatterred throughout the country. Needless to say, it was a
long, arduous process. We made the rules as we went along, and we continued league
communications via email.
